Susie O'Neills Rezept:

180 ml Risotto-Reis
250 ml Mandelsplitter
125 ml Honig
500 mlMilch
2 Orangen: Geraffelte Schale und Saft
150 ml Sahne
1 Messerspitze Zimt

Ofen auf 180ºC vorheizen und Kuchenform einfetten. Reis, Honig, Milch und Geraffelte Orangenschale in einer Pfanne aufkochen, stets umrühren. Inhalt in Kuchenform schütten Mandelsplitter, Orangensaft, Sahne und Zimt unterrühren. Backzeit 1 Stunde (bis Reis gar ist).

Susie O'Neill's recipe:

3/4 cup short grain rice
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup Honey
500mL milk
2 oranges - large (grated rind and juice only)
2/3 cup cream
1/8 tspn cinnamon

Preheat oven to 180ºC and grease a large baking dish. Rinse rice. Place rice, honey, milk and orange rind in a large pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Transfer to baking dish and stir in almonds, orange juice, cream and cinnamon. Bake for 1hr, until rice is tender.
